The first step in everyone’s recovery journey is often the most challenging. And yet, it’s the most critical. If substances or alcohol have taken over part or all of your life, asking for help shouldn’t be overwhelming. We’re here to demystify the process of getting supportive help and effective treatment for alcohol or substance dependence.
When you call our offices, we will walk you through everything you should expect on a private and confidential phone call. Our admissions team is the first point of contact in this process, and they will offer free and helpful consultations to you or a loved one about seeking treatment for substance or alcohol abuse.
Once it is determined that Achieve Wellness and Recovery is the right fit for you and you feel comfortable moving forward with the treatment, our admissions team will walk you through the next steps. Together, we’ll verify insurance coverage, conduct your comprehensive intake assessment, and begin recovery treatment as quickly as possible.
If this is your first time considering recovery treatment, it can be an intimidating process. Understanding what to expect helps to alleviate any uneasiness associated with seeking treatment. Our team of compassionate addiction professionals is passionate about what they do and committed to providing effective and supportive care at every step of the process.
One crucial element of effective treatment is limiting distractions. We encourage incoming patients to bring only necessary items and a few recommended items in order to maintain their focus on healing and recovery.
When preparing for inpatient detox, bring the following items:
When preparing for outpatient treatment, bring the following items:
Personal bags may be checked to ensure adherence to this list and the safety of yourself and other patients. Mobile phones may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Our goal is your successful recovery. By creating a distraction-free environment, patients are able to focus solely on their recovery and graduate with the tools and skills needed to continue their sobriety and lifelong recovery.
We accept most private insurance. If you do not see your insurance listed on our insurance page, please call us for a free verification of coverage and contact your carrier for an explanation of benefits. Our administrative staff will determine what level of coverage is allowed under your carrier and what treatments will be covered.
Together, we will walk through every element of insurance coverage to ensure you clearly understand what is being covered and what other out-of-pocket expenses may be required immediately or in the future.
Once coverage is verified, a detailed intake assessment will be conducted in order to determine the most appropriate level of care for each patient’s unique needs. An individualized care plan will be developed, and treatment will begin as soon as possible, in some cases within 24 to 48 hours.
We work with most insurance companies. Please note we are not affiliated with or endorsed by insurance companies.
